Projects
Vernal HUD Housing Structural
Perigee Consulting performed structural calculations, analysis and redlines for Vernal Gardens as well as a senior housing project located in Vernal, UT. Vernal Gardens is a $3 million, 80-unit, 8-building housing project that included two and three-story buildings for as low income housing for the Vernal, UT community. Footing design had to accommodate poor soil conditions found on the site.
The senior housing project is a $1.5 million, 19,000 square-foot, 20-unit, single-story building that provides housing for seniors in Vernal, UT.
Central Iron County Water Conservancy District Phases 1 & 2
Perigee engineers performed master planning, project management and design of an $8 million water infrastructure project funded by the USDA located in Iron County, UT. It included the project management and design of a 1 million gallon water tank, a 50,000 gallon water tank, 60 miles of water line ranging in size from 8” to 24” in ductile iron and PVC, 4 booster stations ranging in size from 100 to 1,200 gallons per minute, 4 PRV vaults, 1 new 1,200 gallon per minute well, 3 rehabilitated wells ranging from 100 to 1,500 gallons per minute. Booster station and well houses included the structural design.
Mountain Home Air Force Base Master Planning & Site Development
Perigee engineers master planned the water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure for 300 residential units on the Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. Master planning of the utilities was followed by 5 phases of design and construction drawings. Design included roughly 8 miles of roadways with associated water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure.
