Daybreak Development, Plats 2—9

Responsible for the land development process for the Daybreak development plats 2 through 9.  This included the design of roadways, sewer, storm drain, culinary water pipelines, irrigation pipelines, mass grading, erosion control, and signing and striping.  This process also involved coordination with affected agencies such as South Jordan City, South Valley Sewer District, Salt Lake County, Division of Natural Resources and dealing with adjacent property owners. Responsible for the hydraulic modeling of the open channel and pressurized water systems and developing and updating the utility master planning with each plat.

Mahogany Ridge Resort Community, Driggs, Idaho

Developed a culinary water master plan for 2,500-acre community and performed the water modeling necessary to create the master plan, which included locating wells, determining pressure zones, sizing pipelines and tanks, and locating PRVs.  Also developed the sanitary sewer and the storm drain master plans for the community.

Sunbrook Condominium Road and Parking, Murray, Utah

This project involved the design of a 2-lane road and parking for a condominium development.  Performed the design, including checking the roadways for minimum turn radius and ensuring that proper drainage was achieved while meeting ADA requirements on existing sidewalks where large grade changes occurred.

Commercial Development at Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada

Responsible for site grading, utility design, and R-O-W encroachment issues surrounding the site.  Fire access, ingress-egress, parking design, and ADA compliance were issues that affected the design of the site and grading.

Rainey Homes Precise Grading, South Jordan, Utah

Provided precise grading for Rainey Homes at Daybreak Plats 5-9. This included grading driveways, landscaping, sidewalks, steps, retaining walls, drainage swales and determining finish floor elevations of the proposed homes for over 120 units.

Air Force Base Housing Development, Mountain Home, Idaho

Produced the storm drain, water and sewer master plans for the Air Force Base development, which included over 300 connections.  The results of the master plan were implemented to produce the utility design and grading for the development.

Heritage Subdivision, Cedar City, Utah

Developed storm drain, water and sewer masters plan for 400 acres and 4,000 connections for residential and commercial use.
